Cancellation and Refund Policy

Business purchases only

Our self-service store is only for businesses and people acting for a commercial or independent professional purpose. It is not intended for consumers.

Business purchases do not include a voluntary 14-day cancellation right. Any mandatory right that cannot lawfully be excluded remains unaffected.

Access starts immediately

We provide course access and available Practitioner Toolkit downloads immediately after successful payment. The paid access period starts at that time.

Annual Video Course subscriptions

Annual Video Course subscriptions, including the video component of a Complete Course, renew automatically for another annual period until cancelled. You can cancel at any time before the next renewal. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid period; access continues until then and no further renewal is charged.

Use Billing & Purchases to open the billing service assigned to your order. Standard Stripe subscriptions are managed through the Stripe customer portal; Managed Payments subscriptions are managed through Link. You may also contact us if the self-service option is unavailable.

We do not normally refund an annual fee merely because the subscription is cancelled during the paid period.

Lifetime Video Access

Lifetime Video Access lasts while co:dify operates the hosted platform. Each purchase has a minimum guarantee of three years from its purchase date.

If we plan to stop operating the platform, we will give at least three months' notice where reasonably possible. If hosted video access ends before the third anniversary of your purchase, we will refund the unused part of the price allocated to Lifetime Video Access in proportion to the remaining part of that three-year minimum period.

No platform-discontinuation refund is due after your individual three-year minimum period has ended. This does not limit mandatory rights for non-delivery, defects or other breaches.

Practitioner Toolkit and bundles

Practitioner Toolkit rights are permanent, subject to the licence in the Terms and Conditions. If we stop operating the platform, we will provide a reasonable opportunity to download available Toolkit files during the notice period where reasonably possible.

For a bundle, only the amount allocated to Lifetime Video Access forms the platform-discontinuation refund base. The amount allocated to the permanent Practitioner Toolkit is excluded. The allocation recorded for the offer when you ordered applies and will not be changed retrospectively to reduce a refund.

Incorrect charges, non-delivery and defects

you made a duplicate purchase;
we charged an incorrect amount;
we did not provide the product you ordered;
paid content has a material defect that we do not fix within a reasonable time; or
you believe a mandatory legal right applies.

We may offer a goodwill refund in an appropriate case. A goodwill refund does not create a right to refunds in other cases.

How to request help or a refund

Email contact@codify-x.com and include the email address used for the order, the Stripe order or invoice number, the affected product and a short description of the problem. Do not send payment-card details.

Approved refunds are returned through the original payment method unless we agree another lawful method. A full refund normally ends access and the associated licence for the refunded offer. A platform-discontinuation refund limited to Lifetime Video Access does not end permanent Toolkit rights.
